Insurance
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance on your behalf. Because we have a 48-hour cancellation policy, it is important that you check your insurance benefits well in advance of your visit to avoid any unnecessary out of pocket costs due to non-coverage or high deductable. This handy “Insurance Coverage Checklist” gives you a list of questions to use when contacting your insurance provider’s customer service.
Please remember that it is ultimately your responsibility to pay for any balance that is not covered by insurance.
Please provide a copy of your insurance card and proof of identification at your first appointment.
For patients without health insurance coverage: We offer cash rates and time of service discounts.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly provide at least a 48-hour notice.
Current Patients
A fee of $75 will be assessed for appointments missed or cancelled without a 48-hour notice. If you have missed your appointment due to an emergency, please communicate with Seth.
New Patients
We ask for credit card information when scheduling. Your card will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation. **For new patient cancellations without a 48-hour notice or missed (no show) appointments, the full cost of the visit with your acupuncturist will be charged.**
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
